A set of 2 English push-up style brass candleholders, dating from the 19th century. A matching set of different heights. A fantastic set of 2 Victorian brass candlestick holders, made in England. Features ornate beehive shaped stem with diamond pattern and square base with push up mechanism.
One measures 9 inches tall and the other measures 10 inches tall. Marked England.
The buttons and rods are intact in the base, may need a little TLC to make the push up operation functional again but all parts are there. There is an ever so slight wobble with how the candle stick sits but this does not interfere with the stability & sturdiness of the holder.
These are a very lovely, rare set of fine brass candlestick holders. Please reference pictures for overall condition.
