Shipping + Returns

-Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING in the USA for all orders over $125. For all orders under that amount or international orders shipping is based on weight and distance shipped. In the USA shipping prices will range from $5-$12.

-Processing: All orders unless otherwise noted process in 3-7 business days. We make shipments 2-3 days per week via USPS. Once shipped, domestic orders are typically received in 2-7 business days, with the average being 3 days.

-International: We are currently only set up to ship to Canada, UK and Australia. However, we will ship anywhere, so please contact us with your order and we will set up a private listing for you.

-International Tax & Duties: International customers (outside of USA) are responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, local taxes and any other fees charged by your country. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Farmer's Daughter. We ship international packages as "duties and taxes unpaid" If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs and for your to receive your package. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. Also, not all countries accept all merchandise. It is your responsibility as the buyer to make sure your country accepts the merchandise ordered.

-Return Policy: We are all ladies and gentlemen. We will be fair to you, and expect the same. Your satisfaction is important to us so please contact us directly if you are unhappy with your product in any way. We can then come to an agreement on returns or exchanges. Unused products with full, intact, original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving  goods. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  In the case of unwanted items, covering the cost of return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

-Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@shopfarmersdaughter.com. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

-Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopfarmersdaughter.com

-Return Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: Farmer's Daughter 504 South Anderson Street Ellensburg Washington US 98926

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

-Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for all orders to the US, Canada, UK & Australia. You will receive your tracking number when your order has shipped.

-Missing Packages: Such a disappointment for both parties and in the rare event that your order is lost in the mail, we will send you a replacement. For domestic (US only) orders that time frame is 3 weeks, and 6 weeks for international orders. If your order has not arrived in what you deem a timely manner, please contact us.

-Wrong Address Disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Please contact us at info@shopfarmersdaughter.com as soon as possible if this has been done incorrectly. While our processing is listed as 5-7 days we typically process in 1-3 days, so please contact us a soon as possible so this can be corrected. Once your order has processed we will NOT be able to correct address errors. If your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address at your expense. In some cases you can contact the USPS with your tracking number and try to intercept the package, but this is something you the buyer will do.

-Washington State Sales Tax: WA State sales tax is collected on all purchases shipped within WA State. These collected taxes are mandated by the state of WA and Farmer's Daughter in no way benefits from this.
